Driftwood Theatre will perform Othello Under the Stars at the Peterborough Museum & Archives on Sunday, August 6th starting at 7:30 p.m. This performance is part of the 23rd annual Bard's Bus Tour in Places You Love Across Ontario tour.

William Shakespeare’s searing tale of race, jealousy and revenge is set against the backdrop of recent history, when in 1974 Canadian peacekeepers are caught in a life or death struggle on the small island of Cyprus.

Driftwood’s historically charged production of Othello is accompanied by The Cyprus Project, a special audio installation created in partnership with Fixt Point Theatre, creators of Tale of a Town – Canada.
